Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders.The carrier tracking page may not always update in real time to reflect that your package has shipped, but rest assured that your package is making its way to you! 

Pro tip: allow one business day from your order’s ship date to check for estimated arrival window and other tracking information to populate.

You can check the status of your order using any of the methods below:

Option 1:
Select the chat bubble, then select “Track My Order.” Enter your order number and email address.

Option 2:
Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on the UPS or USPS tracking page.
