Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?Updated a month ago

Sometimes, yes. Once your order is placed, we work super hard to get it to you as quickly as possible with the details provided at checkout. The status of your order will determine what changes we are able to make.

Prior to your order being processed for shipping, we will do our best to accommodate requests to change the shipping address. We recommend calling or texting us for the fastest service as this is time sensitive!

If your order has already shipped and is in transit, we cannot make changes to the address or the contents of your order. If your order has shipped to an incorrect address, we encourage you to reach out to our support team and we may be able to help! Please note that Birdies is not responsible for the package once it has shipped.
