What is your return and exchange policy?Updated a day ago

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on our website. If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, it includes free unlimited returns. If not, you'll need to cover the cost of the return shipping. With this protection, you're eligible for a free drop-off return. If you prefer a pickup return, an additional fee applies—even if you selected package protection. Please note that package protection is non-refundable.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

For all other items, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. You can begin your return or exchange by visiting our Returns Center.

Once you receive your return shipping label, follow the instructions in your confirmation email to send your Birdies back to us within 28 days of initiating the return. Please include all original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bag, if applicable.

Instant Exchange Option:
Need your exchange item fast? With our instant exchange option, your new item ships out right away. If we don’t receive the original item within 7 days, you’ll be charged for the new pair. If you have any questions or run into issues, our Customer Experience Team is always here to help.
