We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on our website.
To be eligible, items must be in new, unworn condition and returned with all original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bag (if applicable). Items marked Final Sale, Last Chance, Clearance, or Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center within 30 days of your purchase date.
Once you receive your return shipping label, your item must be mailed back within 28 days of initiating the return.
Return Shipping Costs
If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, you’re eligible for free unlimited returns using a drop-off return option.
If package protection was not purchased, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
- Package Protection is non-refundable
- Pickup returns may include an additional fee, even if Package Protection was purchased
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Need your exchange item quickly? Our Instant Exchange option allows your new item to ship immediately. If the original item is not received within 14 days, you will be charged for the replacement pair.
Worn Shoes
Shoes showing signs of wear are generally not eligible for return or exchange. However, if your shoes are still in excellent condition, please contact our Customer Experience Team with photos of the shoes and soles for review. Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Extended Holiday Returns
For orders placed between 11/1 and 12/24, returns and exchanges are accepted through 1/31.
International Orders & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States.
For APO/FPO/DPO shipments, customers are responsible for creating return labels and covering all shipping costs. Please contact us via chat or at [email protected] for assistance.
Duties, taxes, and any additional country-specific fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at checkout when applicable.
