Redo Returns + Protection is an affordable add-on available at checkout. When you opt-in for coverage, this allows you to exchange and return items from your order for FREE, as many times as needed. Additionally, it ensures that if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost. 

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Redo Returns + Package Protection provides coverage for your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order is not protected with this service, Birdies is unable to assume liability for any loss or damage that occurs after your package leaves our warehouse. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier to initiate an investigation into the delivery or potential damage.
