How to Exchange an Item
If you need to exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect size, or other eligible reason, you can easily request an exchange through Redo. Simply enter your order number and zip code to get started.
Exchanges are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale or last chance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection, your return shipping is covered. Otherwise, please contact us directly for assistance. Be sure to use the company-issued return label or QR code, as this ensures your return is tracked and processed efficiently.
Once your return is received and processed, your replacement items will be shipped automatically. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your new items. Returns are generally processed within 10 business days, with refunds (if applicable) appearing in your account within an additional 3 business days.
